When we say God is good do we really mean it? Or do we mean that God is good only when things are great in our lives?
We need to realize that God is great even when life ain’t so good.
God is great when we are not good. He’s great when calamity strikes,
He’s great when there is no money.
He’s great when loved ones die.
He’s great when there seems to be no way.
So instead of thinking of God as a good God think of him as a Great God who can do exceedingly abundantly above all we could even ask or think.

He’s also great when He’s says no and when He says wait, hold on and see what the end is going to be, chances are God’s got something bigger, brighter and better for us.
