Who or What

In Isaiah 6:1 he said; in the year king Uzziah died I saw also the the Lord sitting upon the throne high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. It wasn’t until the king died that Isaiah could see God for himself. Who or what has to die out of our lives before we can see God for who he really is. Who or what is trying to be god in our life. Who or what have we let set-up shop in our heart and soul to replace God that sits on the throne. Whoever or whatever it is doesn’t come close to God. Some people and some things should have been long gone out of our lives, but we keep them on life support and we keep trying to resuscitate it. We should have let them and it flatline a long time ago. We can never get what God has for us as long as we are trying to keep dead stinking things and people around. We have to bury the dead things and people, and put a headstone on it that reads; here lies setbacks, hold-ups, people that meant me no good, people that are afraid of my success, people that still think we’re in high school, people that are not going anywhere and don’t want to see me go anywhere, addictions, lies, and people that said I would never amount to anything. After we bury these things don’t go back and visit the grave.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

What’s The Use

How many of us get the feeling of what’s the use when we are trying to help somebody that obviously don’t care? Does this makes us want to quit? Or, does it drive us to do whatever it takes for them to see the light?

We were once like the people we are trying to help. Somebody gave up on us, somebody said what’s the use about us; but God said, it’s not his will that none shall perish.

God never had a what’s the use attitude when it came to us. He had an whosever will let them come attitude. Just knowing this should make us not want to give up on helping someone else. For you don’t know what stage of life they are in. The bible says; one plants, another one waters, but God gives the increase. Therefore, you don’t know if you are planting or watering and it frustrates you when you don’t see the increase after all of your hard work.

Nevertheless, don’t give up on them because God didn’t give up on you when someone else said what’s the use.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.
