I Need You To Survive

Many of us in this life may have been raised to be independent, self-sufficient and never having to depend on anyone. As a matter of fact, we take pride in not needing anyone. Well sadly, this attitude is all wrong.

The Lord said we are to bear one another burdens. He said where two or three are gathered in his name he would be in the midst.

See we maybe able to do things alone but God didn’t intend for that, so I need you to survive.

I need you to help me pray
I need you to cover my back
I need you to be honest and tell me when I’m walking in error
I need you to call me out when I sin
I need you to celebrate with me
I need you to mourn with me

Let’s stop being lone rangers and tell those around us that we need them to survive.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

Open Your Mouth

Have you ever been going through something but you wouldn’t tell anyone? You thought that they were mind readers and should have known what you were experiencing. You found yourself getting mad at them because they didn’t come to your rescue.

Did you ever think that not everyone has the spirit of discernment and now you have found out that a closed mouth don’t get fed?

Even Jesus told us to ask and it shall be given. So if we have to open our mouth and ask him what makes us think we don’t have to ask for help from other human beings.

If pride is keeping you from opening your mouth and your family is hungry, tell them to get full off your pride.

If pride is keeping you from opening your mouth and you are about to be homeless, tell yourself pride will be my shelter.

There are times when you should be quiet but then there are times when you need to open your mouth.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

Thank You

Have you ever done anything for someone only for them not to say thank you? In your mind you might have said at least they could have said thanks for helping me or thanks for all you’ve did, but that’s ok I won’t help them again. Well how many times has God done something for us and we neglected to say thank you? Yet and still he continues to help us out.

A thank you goes a long way. Today, no matter how small a deed someone does for you make sure you take the time to say thank you, for you never know you might need that person to help you with a bigger problem. Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.
