God Is Up To Something

Since the beginning of time God has been up to something. God doesn’t sleep nor slumber, he’s always doing something. In the beginning God created heaven and earth. In the end he speaks about the New Jerusalem in all it’s slender and glory. Even when you can’t feel God or sense his presence, he’s doing something in your life. When he allows trials to come in your life, he’s drawing you closer to him. When he allows blessings to come in your life, he’s teaching you how to be grateful. When he spares your life, he’s teaching you about grace and mercy. Never think that God isn’t doing anything; he has the whole world in his hands. Keep in mind that we serve an awesome God, an omnipotent God, and an omnipresent God. He’s alpha and omega and he’s working on your behalf.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

Before You Give Up

Before you give up and throw in towel, look back over your past test and trials. Think about how God gave you the victory in those situations. Think about how you thought you were going to lose your mind, but yet you find yourself with a sound mind. Think about how you lost it all and God restored. Think about how you felt like no one understood what you were going through, then God sent someone with a shoulder to lean on.

Before you allow the enemy to deceive you and make you feel like God has forgotten about you; remember how he held you in the midnight hour. Remember how he didn’t let you slip and tip even when you wanted to. Remember how he kept you from getting diseases and illnesses from being with the wrong people.

Before you let go, let God. Let God work a miracle in your life, in his time. Let God work the situation out, in his time. Let God fight the enemy for you, in his time. Don’t give up on God, because he never gives up on you.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

After The Fact

Have you ever thought about God as being an after the fact God? When you read the bible do you notice he shows up after the fact?

After Moses killed a man, God showed up. After Lazarus died, God showed up. After Saul killed Christians, God showed up. After the woman was caught in adultery, God showed up.

You’re wondering why God is acting like he doesn’t see or care about what you’re going through. Well he’s waiting till after the fact; so he can show up mighty and you will know without a shadow of a doubt, it was nobody but the Lord that brought you out. If he showed up before the fact, you wouldn’t learn any lessons from the trial.

So be thankful, God may not show up when you think he should, but he will show up at the brink of your give up.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

What’s The Use

How many of us get the feeling of what’s the use when we are trying to help somebody that obviously don’t care? Does this makes us want to quit? Or, does it drive us to do whatever it takes for them to see the light?

We were once like the people we are trying to help. Somebody gave up on us, somebody said what’s the use about us; but God said, it’s not his will that none shall perish.

God never had a what’s the use attitude when it came to us. He had an whosever will let them come attitude. Just knowing this should make us not want to give up on helping someone else. For you don’t know what stage of life they are in. The bible says; one plants, another one waters, but God gives the increase. Therefore, you don’t know if you are planting or watering and it frustrates you when you don’t see the increase after all of your hard work.

Nevertheless, don’t give up on them because God didn’t give up on you when someone else said what’s the use.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

Through The Storm

I’ve been flying for two days now and I’ve flown through the storm and rain. The airplane shook violently when we hit turbulence, and it was enough to make your head and body hurt, but once out of the storm it was like the airplane was in stealth mode.

Many of our lives are are going through the storm and the rain, and the turbulence is enough to make us want to quit. However, if we keep going through the storm we will get through it. Just like the pilot couldn’t stop, he had to keep flying through the storm to get us to our destination; we can’t stop.

Our destiny depends on us making it through the storm. No matter what, don’t give up, don’t give in and don’t give out.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.

Problems

Who in the world doesn’t have problems. We all have problems; but our problems don’t give us the right to mistreat people, talk down to people or stop doing what God has called us to do.

If we start giving our problems to God we would be much happier. I’ve decided, my problems are no longer mine; there God’s. He can handle them anyway he sees fit. However long he wants to take, that’s up to him.

I have to focus on the job he has given me to do and I cannot focus on that job, if I’m always worried about my problems.

So, when life obstacles and problems start to arise, immediately; give it to God and keep it moving.

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing.
