Sick & Tired Of Being Sick & Tired

Good morning. When we get sick and tired of being sick and tired, that’s when we’re willing to take drastic measures. That’s when we’ll activate our faith and don’t care who’s watching us and what they’re saying about us. When no one is living your situation they don’t understand the pressure, the hurt, the disappointment, or the anxiety you’re feeling. They don’t understand what it cost to be in your shoes, therefore; they don’t understand what you’re willing to do to break free from bondage. Getting to this point may take a while, but once you’re here; there’s no stopping and no turning back.

Luke 8:43-48
A woman in the crowd had suffered for twelve years with constant bleeding, and she could find no cure. Coming up behind Jesus, she touched the fringe of his robe. Immediately, the bleeding stopped. “Who touched me?” Jesus asked.
Everyone denied it, and Peter said, “Master, this whole crowd is pressing up against you.”
But Jesus said, “Someone deliberately touched me, for I felt healing power go out from me.” When the woman realized that she could not stay hidden, she began to tremble and fell to her knees in front of him. The whole crowd heard her explain why she had touched him and that she had been immediately healed. “Daughter,” he said to her, “your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”

Operating Outside Your Gift

Good morning. It’s so important to stay in your spiritual lane. Don’t try to operate a gift that God hasn’t given you. When we step outside of our spiritual lanes, God will expose us and we cause harm to ourselves. Just work the gift and calling that God has given you. When we operate outside the gift that God has given us, we’re telling him that he made a mistake and that he’s failed in this area of our lives, and we know there is no failure in God.

Acts 19:13-17
A group of Jews was traveling from town to town casting out evil spirits. They tried to use the name of the Lord Jesus in their incantation, saying, “I command you in the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches, to come out!” Seven sons of Sceva, a leading priest, were doing this. But one time when they tried it, the evil spirit replied, “I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but who are you?” Then the man with the evil spirit leaped on them, overpowered them, and attacked them with such violence that they fled from the house, naked and battered. The story of what happened spread quickly all through Ephesus, to Jews and Greeks alike. A solemn fear descended on the city, and the name of the Lord Jesus was greatly honored.

Take A Look At Yourself

Good morning. It’s time we take a good, hard, long look at ourselves. It’s easy to see the flaws in others, but we need to see what the mirror doesn’t show us in ourselves. We need to see the ugliness, darkness, and wickedness within ourselves before we can try to correct someone else. We aught to thank God that he loves us so much, that he gives us a chance to get our act in order. While we have time and the breath in our bodies, our prayer should be; cleanse me oh Lord. Purge me with hyssop. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me. Let me stop fooling myself into thinking I have it going on, when all my righteousness is as a filthy rag.

Matthew 7:3-4
“And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own? How can you think of saying to your friend, ‘Let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,’ when you can’t see past the log in your own eye?

Look To Jesus For A Word

Good morning. It’s good to know that we don’t have to wait for a prophet to come to town to hear a word from the Lord. We can talk to Jesus whenever we want to and need to, and he’ll make intercession for us. It’s good to know that having a relationship with the Son of God will lead us right to the Father. Keeping looking to and listening to Jesus for a word and you will never be led astray.

Hebrews 1:1-2
Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he created the universe.

God Wants You To Be Saved

Good morning. No matter your past, God wants you to be saved. No matter how nasty your attitude is, God wants you to be saved. No matter how deceitful your heart may be, God wants you to be saved. He doesn’t care about what you’ve done, what you’ve been through, and what you’re contemplating doing, he wants you to be saved. It’s not his will that any should perish but that all have everlasting life.

Romans 2:11
For there is no respect of persons with God.

Do Something For The Lord Today

Good morning. What are we doing for Jesus? Are we walking past him on a daily basis not noticing he’s hungry? Do we see him thirsty and say; I pity him, but keep it moving? The Lord gives us chances daily to do great acts for him. If we’re not watching and praying, we’ll miss the opportunities presented before us and never do anything for the Lord. So today, let’s do something for the Lord on purpose. No matter how little we have, we have enough to help someone else out.

Matthew 25:34-40
“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’
“Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’

Utilize Your Access

Good morning. If Satan the deceiver, the accuser of the brethren, the one who can never be redeemed, utilizes his access to God, why don’t we as the redeemed, the delivered, and the righteousness of God utilize our access to God? If Satan can come and present himself before God, why can’t we present our bodies holy and acceptable which is our reasonable service? We have access to the father through the son yet, we’d rather utilize our access to social media or call on family and friends instead of calling on the Lord. Take every advantage you can to get in the presence of the Lord.

Job 1:6-9
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

Reverse The Curse

Good morning. Every month are you making an excuse to withhold your tithes and offerings because you feel like you can’t afford to pay tithes and give an offering, and now you’re using Christmas as your excuse? News flash! You can’t afford not to pay your tithes and give an offering. You wonder why you get money and it vanishes so quickly, it’s because you’re not being a good steward over what God has given you and you’re cursed. He only requires 10% and allows us to keep 90%. Stop playing stick-up kid and five-finger discount with the Lord, it’s not worth it. Stop fooling yourself thinking God is pleased with you and you’re robbing him blind. Children shouldn’t steal from their natural parents and they definitely shouldn’t steal from God. Reverse the curse and give God what’s his.

Malachi 3:8-10
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
