Good morning. The Lord has always been faithful to us. We’ve let him down and yet he’s been faithful. We’ve backslidden and yet he’s been faithful. We’ve lied and said we’re his children but, our behavior said we’re Satan’s children and yet he’s been faithful. When are we going to start being faithful to God? When are we going to stop letting our flesh override our spirit? It’s time to start living by the word of God. It’s time our behavior reflects the word of God.

Psalms 119:30
I have chosen to be faithful;
I have determined to live by your regulations.

Good morning. It’s sad that some Christians don’t recognize other Christians. For whatever reason, some Christians want other Christians to be ashamed of the power and authority that they possess through Jesus Christ. We can not and should not apologize for anything that God has equipped us with to help us along this journey. If other Christians don’t accept us, let them take that up with God. If other people want us to sit on our gifts and talents and don’t want us to be bold for Christ, let them take that up with God. We have to do what God has called us to do and use everything he’s equipped us with to do it.

2 Corinthians 10:7-8
Look at the obvious facts. Those who say they belong to Christ must recognize that we belong to Christ as much as they do. I may seem to be boasting too much about the authority given to us by the Lord. But our authority builds you up; it doesn’t tear you down. So I will not be ashamed of using my authority.

Good morning. No matter what we are going through we can trust that God got us covered. Fear and discouragement have no place in our lives. When these two things try to pop up in our lives we must declare; I shall not be moved. God is our father therefore, we must keep telling ourselves we are conquerors and we are victorious. The seasoned saints use to sing a song that said; victory is mine, victory today is mine, I told Satan get thee behind cause victory today is mine, tell me who can stand before us when we call on that great name, Jesus! We have the victory.

Isaiah 41:10
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

Good morning. When we argue with our Christian brothers and sisters what’s the motive behind it? Do we want what they have? Are we jealous of them? Are we not happy with what we have? Perhaps we may think that we can take what we want because of who we are. There is no need to fuss and fight with our Christian brothers and sisters. We need to seek the Lord and ask him to purify our thoughts, purify our speech, and purify our hearts.

James 4:1-3

What is causing the quarrels and fights among you? Don’t they come from the evil desires at war within you? You want what you don’t have, so you scheme and kill to get it. You are jealous of what others have, but you can’t get it, so you fight and wage war to take it away from them. Yet you don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it. And even when you ask, you don’t get it because your motives are all wrong—you want only what will give you pleasure.

Good morning. We don’t have to be ashamed of Christ for he is our savior. People who don’t believe in Him will say things to try and deter us from what we believe. Don’t let what people say turn your mind from Christ. It’s in Him that we live, move, and have our being. Christ forgives our sins. Christ gives us everlasting lasting life. Since people can’t do any one of these things, please tune them out.

Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile.

Good morning. We gain absolutely nothing when we’re stingy and have a closed fist. We can’t just want God to bless us, then we turn our backs on those in need. The Bible declares if we give it will come back to us good measure, press down, and running over shall men give unto us. The seasoned saints used to say; you can’t beat God’s giving no matter how hard you try. The secret to being wealthy is to be a giver. The reality to being poor and losing everything is to be stingy.

Proverbs 11:24
Give freely and become more wealthy; be stingy and lose everything.

Good morning. We all have friends that we like visiting. However, it’s better to be invited to their houses instead of always just stopping by. We have to be careful not wear out our welcome no matter how much our friends like us. If you just have to always be in the presence of friends, Jesus don’t mind you spending all your time with him.

Proverbs 25:17
Don’t visit your neighbors too often, or you will wear out your welcome.

Good morning. No matter what we see we have to remember we’re on a faith walk, not a sight walk. When we walk by sight we start looking at the wrong things and people; then we become envious and jealous of the person we’re looking at. We must keep reminding ourselves that God has plans for our lives. We must hold on to God’s unchanging hand even when it seems like nothing is working in our favor. Let’s not get sidetracked and miss out on having a real relationship with the Lord because we’re too busy looking at everyone else’s relationship with the world.

Psalms 73:1-3
Truly God is good to Israel, to those whose hearts are pure. But as for me, I almost lost my footing. My feet were slipping, and I was almost gone. For I envied the proud when I saw them prosper despite their wickedness.

Good morning. Many people can’t enjoy today because they’re worried about tomorrow. Since we don’t know if our name is written in tomorrow, we should take the time to thank God for what he’s done for us today. We should stop and look at today’s beauty and see the marvelous hand of God. Look up in the sky and see it’s beauty. Look at the birds, squirrels, and trees and see their beauty. We will be able see how thoughtful God is about today if we would just stop thinking about tomorrow.

Don’t brag about tomorrow,
since you don’t know what the day will bring.

Good morning. We can’t control if someone decides to lie on us, we just need to make sure the lie isn’t true. We don’t have to explain ourselves to people to try and refute the lie. All we have to do is be silent, keep living a life pleasing to God and the lie will be exposed.
