Don’t Be Self-Indulgent

Good morning. We are not called to be people-pleasers, but we are called to build up our fellow sisters and brothers. Instead of being self-indulgent and always looking to please ourselves, we should look to please our neighbors and help them. We cannot be cold-hearted towards people that are not saved; how would we draw them to Jesus if we treated them in such a manner? Keep in mind everyone that show kindness and generosity to will not always be appreciative, but that’s between them and God. Just do what you’re supposed to do and that’s to please God.

Romans 15:1-3
We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up. For even Christ did not please himself but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.”

It’s All Good

Good morning. Hold on to God’s unchanging hand. God is going to get the Glory out of our lives. He’s working things out for our good. He’s moving on our behalf. What came to make us fearful, made us cling to God even the more. It was meant for our bad, but God turned it around for our good. Keep seeking the Lord, keep surrendering your hearts to the Lord, keep obeying the Lord, and keep trusting in the Lord.

Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

We Were Once Sinners Too

Good morning. Let’s never forget that we are saved by the grace of God. We once were sinners and acted just like the world acts today. So, let’s keep praying for the lost in hopes that one day they come to their senses and make the most intelligent decision of their life; and that is to serve God.

Ephesians 2:1-5
Once you were dead because of your disobedience and your many sins. You used to live in sin, just like the rest of the world, obeying the devil—the commander of the powers in the unseen world. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God. All of us used to live that way, following the passionate desires and inclinations of our sinful nature. By our very nature we were subject to God’s anger, just like everyone else. But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!

Communication Is So Important

Good morning. Our communication with Christ is so important and we shouldn’t take it for granted. We should make it a point to spend time with him daily. Turn off the television, put the phone away, and get somewhere quiet and start talking to the Lord. As Christians, prayer should be apart of our daily routine. We should be excited to get in the presence of the Lord and not act like it’s a chore.

Colossians 4:2
Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.

Don’t Sugarcoat The Word

Good morning. We live in a day and time where people don’t want to hear what they need to hear, they want to hear something that makes them feel good. No one wants to hear about sin, they just want to hear everything is going to be alright. We cannot afford to sugarcoat the word of God to make people feel good. We are on a mission to win as many souls to Christ as we can. So stand firm on the word of God. Don’t take down for anyone. Don’t be afraid to lose friends or have family members upset with you because of your stance in the Lord. Complete the work that God has assigned you.

2 Timothy 4:3-5 NLT
For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths. But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at telling others the Good News, and fully carry out the ministry God has given you.

R.S.V.P Now

Good morning. The invitation has been given now it’s up to us to accept it. The invitation is good as long as you’re alive, and your acceptance or rejection determines where you will live out the rest of your life. No one can say they weren’t invited. So, R.S.V.P now before it’s too late.

Revelation 22:17
The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.

Don’t Be A Robber And A Thief

Good morning. Although many churches have closed their doors due to this health crisis we are still obligated to give God what’s his. Don’t become cursed by holding on to money that doesn’t belong to you. With all this technology in the world we are without excuse why our tithes are not being paid. God’s word is true and he’s not changing for anyone or anything. Don’t be forced to deal with a pandemic and a curse at the same time when you don’t have to. We can’t say we love the Lord and we trust him when we choose to rob him and play stick-up kid.

Malachi 3:8-11
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me.But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.

Only Put Your Trust In God

Good morning. Since it’s the Lord that gives us victory, why are we trusting in man or things? No one fights our battles but God. No one ensures our victory but God. We are his anointed, and we can count on him in every situation and circumstance we many find ourselves in.

Psalms 20:6-7
Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

God Is Risen

Good morning. Jesus is risen! He has all power in his hand . Let’s stop living like he’s dead and can’t see our behaviors. He see’s all and knows all.

1 Corinthians 15:12-13
Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

He Died So We Could Live

Good morning. Jesus paid it all! Because he died for our sins we don’t have to sin. Because he died for our sins we can live and have everlasting life.

1 Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
