Every month I find myself calling the cell phone company to have them correct my bill. It becomes frustrating and sometimes I get out of character talking to someone over the phone who doesn’t want to do their job especially when they know they’re in the wrong. I use to work in the cell phone call center so I know exactly what they can and can’t do therefore I go over my bill every month and make sure they are not getting over and like clockwork I see errors. This particular day a gentleman from the company called me and it got off to a bad start and I wound up telling him a few words, but I never used profanity. He still didn’t fix it. However, this morning I decided to have a soft answer when I called the company and just like that they fixed my bill. A soft answer turns away wrath. Those words are not in the Bible just to be there, they actually work if we use them.
