With child and teen suicide on the rise we need to start acknowledging our children daily. We need to affirm them so they don’t think ending their life is the only option because, they don’t have the likes on their social media that they want. We need to let them know the love that Jesus has for them as well as the love we as parents have for them. They need to know that what they’re going through today will be yesterday’s news. Let’s encourage our children to the fullest everyday.

Are you a person that can overlook someone that has done you wrong? Or do you need to address them and possibly get your revenge? Proverbs 19:11 The discretion of a man deferreth his anger;and it is his glory to pass over a transgression. It’s a good thing when we can overlook someone that has wronged us. We don’t always have to address it. God sees it and he knows what has happened. Therefore we should let God take care of it the way he sees fit, even if he sees fit to forgive them and bless them. That’s hard for many of us, but think of it this way; many people have had to overlook how we’ve wronged them.

Have you ever wondered why your family members and friends spend up their check and think your check is to pay their bills? Have you ever wondered why a pastor would risk his/her reputation and ruin their marriage  and sleep with people in their congregation? Have you ever wondered if people in jail really love the Lord or do they just say that while they are incarcerated? Have you ever wondered why you’re still alive? Have you ever wondered how in the world did I get this job when my past can stand up to the background check? I was just wondering.

There are so many pastors out here that make coming to church hard. Pastors act like they’re God and they have all these list of don’ts. Pastor wonder why their church isn’t growing, maybe they need to check their list of don’ts. They run people out as soon as they come in. And let’s not start on the gimmicks of getting an offering. When you read the Bible all we have to do is preach Jesus. We don’t have to preach million dollar slogans or trick people out of their money. Church is not hard, being saved is not hard. It’s the leaders over the church that make church hard. Honestly, these type of pastors make their flock hate coming to church and anything associated with the church. GOD IT NOT PLEASED with all of this foolishness.

Every assignment God gives us doesn’t always feel good to us. Many times we may feel that God is out to get us when he gives us these types of assignments. Know that God is in your corner. He knows what he’s placed on the inside of you, and he’s not trying to set you up for failure.

Have you ever wondered why does God still love you after you keep crucifying him daily with your sins? Do you ever stop and think that God could just kill you on the spot and be done with it? God loves us unconditionally, he hates our sin. Our sins separates us from him. Satan would like nothing more but for us to die and go to hell. Jesus said; whosever will let them come and that it’s not his will that none shall perish. Get right or get left

In many churches across America pastors will be preaching Jesus got up out the grave and rose early. I want to know,  now that he’s risen what are you going to do? Are you going to give Jesus your life? Are you going to forgive those that hurt you? Are you going to change your mindset? What does Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection really mean to you?

As parents we punish our children for being disobedient as they should know that there are consequences for being disobedient. However, as children of God we beg for forgiveness and mercy when we are disobedient, and say; why me Lord when he punishes us.

We have become too comfortable with this world, forgetting this world is not our home. Don’t live for today, live for where you will spend eternity.

Are you having hard times? Does things seem to not be going your way? God is up to something. You may not be able to see it, you may not be able to feel him; just know he’s working on your behalf.
