Lord cover me and keep me for dangers seen and unseen. Let nothing take me by surprise today. Help me to love my enemies, my family and friends. Let me be an example you’re pleased with. In Jesus name, amen.

Bless the Lord inspite of how you feel, and inspite of how things look. God is worthy to be praised. If it had not been for the Lord on our side, where would we be? God could have allowed us to be destroyed a long time ago, but his grace and mercy kept us.

Just because everyone else gave up on you, don’t give up on yourself. God placed greatness inside of you and you have to be willing to bring it out. Your road maybe hard, but it’s well worth it.

Let’s face it, there will come times in our lives when we will get angry, and it’s ok. The Bible says; be angry and sin not. It’s not ok for us to sin because we’re angry. You know; curse someone out, plot our own revenge because God is taking too long, or just plain being rebellious. Know that people will judge you for getting angry, after all; you are a Christian. Who cares what they think. Work it out between you and God and keep it moving.

No matter what’s going on around you, keep your focus on God. Nothing that’s happening in the world has taken God by surprised. He already knew these things would take place. So seek God while he may be find. Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed in us.

We can’t handle the situations we’re facing on our on, so we should place them in God’s hands. We make a mess of things when we try to do it without God. If you’re tired of losing sleep, losing weight because you can’t hold anything down, gaining weight because of stress, and your hair fallen out because you’re nervous; give it over to God. When we are weak God is strong. 

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing. 

When you hear of someone else’s blessings and success, can you honestly say; I’m happy for you? Or, do you always have some side comment trying to bring them down? If you cannot be happy for someone else, don’t expect people to be flocking to congratulate you and be happy for you. Learn how to be happy for others and for God shining on them. He can and will do the same for you.

Jesus is just a prayer away. If you haven’t heard from him, or if he he hasn’t heard from you; pray. Prayer not only changes things, it changes you. It changes your attitude, your demeanor,  and most of all it changes your heart. 

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing. 

How will we ever get to know God if we never spend time with him? We spend time with people to see if we want to be with them. We learn their likes and dislikes. God is the only person we don’t spend time with and then say; God knows my heart.

Everyone needs something and we just have to be honest with ourselves about what we are willing to give.
