Don’t you hate it when people don’t like you and don’t even know you? They just heard something about you and formed their own opinion of you from a rumor. We have all been there and we have all done it. Before we say we don’t like someone, let’s get to know them. Maybe that person is mad and angry all the time because that’s the only environment they’ve ever been in. Maybe that person is happy all the time because they refuse to look at the glass half empty. The same thing about God, before you say you don’t believe in God, get to know him for yourself then come to your own conclusion. Many people come to conclusion about God by looking at other people lives. That’s not the way to get to know God.

During this Christmas season if you can’t get your kids anything they will understand. Just let them know; hey this Christmas all we are doing is giving each other the love of Jesus Christ, things are tight but we will survive. Parents go broke spending money they don’t have to impress other family members with what they bought their kids and it’s ridiculous. Then they be trying to hurry up and do their taxes so they can catch up on bills. If you just need to give your kids something give them John 3:16 For God so loved the world they he gave his only begotten son that whosever believes on him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

You don’t have to accept the lies the devil has been telling you for years. You can come out of depression, poverty, sickness, disease and any other thing that has you bound. Start seeing yourself the way God sees you. You’re fearfully and wonderfully made. You’re the head and not the tail. You’re above and not beneath. You’re a joint heir with Christ. Now the enemy is not going to tell you all of that, so don’t accept his point of view anymore.

When we keep helping family members and friends out are we helping them? If we say no I’m not helping you this time, are we hurting them? Before we do either one, do we ever ask God what do you want me to do for this person or will I be getting in your way if I help this person? Sometimes we can hurt people by helping them all the time. They become dependent on us and never try for themselves. Sometimes we are really helping them get themselves out of a bad jam. Don’t struggle with this anymore. Just ask God to lead you and guide you.
