People are looking at what you do, more than listening to what you say. If we profess to be Christians and living an upright life, then we need to do it. Now we are not going to always get it right, but we should strive daily to be pleasing in the sight of God. When we watch our walk we are deliberately watching our behavior. We are deliberately watching what we say, what we think, how we act on our thoughts and the perception we project. Bottom line, God is watching our walk at all times. 

Be blessed and continue to be a blessing. 

Have you been trying to take credit for something God did? Have you been telling people you’re a self-made man or woman? Do you think you wake yourself up every morning? Do you think you got that job on your own? If so, you’re taking God’s glory and you need to repent before he snatches everything from you. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.

The trouble you’re going through will not last always. One day you will see the light at the end of the tunnel. One thing to keep in mind is that God is a bridge over troubled water. He’s a very present help in the time of trouble. Instead of complaining about your trouble. Just say; this too shall pass.

Instead of complaining, bless the Lord. Instead of looking at what you don’t have, bless the Lord. Instead of talking about other people, bless the Lord. Instead of worrying about how you’re going to pay your bills, bless the Lord. After a while, God is going to have to come see about you.

Have you seen God do some amazing things in your life? I’ve seen him heal my body, supply all of my needs according to his riches in glory. I’ve seen him take me from food stamps to a high paying five figure job. I’ve seen him cover my children and keep them safe. I’ve seen him carry me over the air ways from country to country. I’ve seen him keep me safe in Afghanistan and bring me home safely. I’ve seen him wait patiently on me to make an intelligent decision to give my life to him. I could go on and on, if you’ve seen God do anything for you, why not let someone know of the goodness of God.

My kids come first after Christ. I’m a single parent, so I don’t have a spouse to put before them. I cannot see myself treating people outside of my home better than I treat my kids. Over the years I’ve become so frustrated with single mothers placing everyone else before their children. I’ve become frustrated with seeing dual parent households placing others before their children. No matter the challenges my children bring my way, at the end of the day their mine and I have their backs. 1 Timothy 5:8But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel. Don’t be one of those parents that provide for others and forget about your own.

Stop playing with your soul. You could gone today playing around with time. Have you seen the world lately? Play time is over. 2 Chronicles 7:14If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
