When I exercise there is a sign that says; stay on the path. I often read that sign and think, this is what we need to do in life. No matter what, stay on the path of righteousness. Stay on the path of believing in God. Stay on the path of believing whats right and what the bible says. We don’t have to agree with the world standards of life. When it’s all said and done, are you going to tell God that you didn’t serve him because the world said it’s okay to do whatever seems right to man. Are you going to tell God, that the Supreme Court said it’s okay to sin so you went with the laws of the land, instead of the commandments of God.  Since Jesus died on the cross for us, we have no excuse why we don’t and can’t follow him and stand on his word.

The word of God will work in your life if you apply it. Years ago when I got out of the military I found myself having to go on food stamps, and I was ashamed because I had just served my country for 10yrs and now I needed government assistance. One day I decided to apply the word in my life and I told God; your word says if I bring all the tithes into the storehouse then there will be meat in my house. I told him your words says you will supply all of my needs according to your riches in glory. Then I became indignant with my prayer and said; Its the government or God which one of you are going to take care me. You said you would never have your seed begging bread but if you want me to beg just tell me who to go to. It was like God was waiting on me to truly pour out my heart and be mad enough to tell him how I really feel. He gave me a better job, more money, excellent benefits and it’s been God taking care of me. If you want your situation to change apply the word of God in your life.

Truth be told I want everything to go my way. I don’t want to hear the word NO. I want everything to go as I plan it. Well being a child of God I can forget all about this. If I want God to have free reign in my life, then I have to forget about my will and get with his will. No one will ever truly know God in his fullness if they continue to let their will be done. So, my prayer is Lord not my will but thy will be done.

It amazes me how many Christians refuse to forgive one another. They won’t forgive their sister or brother in Christ. They won’t forgive their natural family and they definitely won’t forgive their enemies. How do Chrisitans actually think or believe God is answering their prayers with a heart of stone. Matthew 6:14-15For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. That’s all that need to be said.

Stop blaming people for the condition of your soul. If you die and go to hell its your fault. You can’t get mad at others because they chose to make an intelligent decision to serve God and have a relationship with him. So, stop it with the ” so you want to be a holy roller” crap. Christians would rather be a holy roller than hell bound any day of the week. Instead of talking about them and trying to put them down. Ask, what must I do to be saved. Blaming others for the condition of your soul is right where Satan wants you. He doesn’t want you to be delivered and saved. He has no chance to make it into heaven so he doesn’t want you to make it their either. Wake up, wise up and open up your mouth and declare that Jesus Christ is Lord.

How many of us are concerned with them, they and those? Or are we just concerned with me, myself and I? Jesus is concerned about all. It’s not his will that none shall perish. However, we like to pick and choose who should be saved or who should be helped out in a time of need. Let’s try being concerned with them, they and those; and me, myself and I will be taken care of.
