Have you ever had someone tell you they thought your were a Christian? Do you feel like people try to treat you any kind of way because you are a Christian?
As Christian’s we have to set boundaries. To someone else it may seem like we’re trying to be better than them or we’re standoffish. However, if we don’t set boundaries, we give way to the enemy and that can be disastrous. Boundaries also help us to not cross the line.
It’s alright to let someone know when they’ve crossed the line or overstepped their boundaries. God called us to be meek not weak. And sadly, when people see that we are Christians they think that gives them the right to walk all over us.
So the next time someone says; I thought you were a Christian. Tell them I am and the kingdom suffers violence and the violent take it by force.
