Many people don’t like to wait. Society has taught us that we can have what we want, when we want, how we want. Unfortunately, a lot of society has not read the bible.
In the bible, God put people on hold for long periods of time. It didn’t matter if they were at the brink of death or if they had been in that predicament for years. The thing about waiting is, either you’re going to trust God or you’re going to listen to the enemy and curse God.
The predicament you’re in may seen unbearable for now, but God knows just how much you can bear. Weeks, months or years may have passed and God hasn’t come to see about you yet, just hold on he hasn’t forgotten about you. It’s just that your predicament has a set time and God won’t respond a minute too soon.
So while you’re waiting, rejoice in the Lord. For I reckon, that the suffering of this present time is not worthy to be compared to the glory that shall be revealed.
